Empire X is an invite-only event. Attendance does not guarantee inclusion in any specific activities, streams, or content. Event schedules, locations, and details are subject to change without prior notice.

Content & Streaming

All events and gatherings hosted by Our.Empire during Empire X may be live streamed on platforms including but not limited to Kick.com. By attending any Our.Empire-hosted event or party, you consent to being filmed, recorded, and broadcast. If you do not wish to appear on stream, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the vicinity of any active broadcasts.

Third-Party Conduct

Our.Empire is not responsible for the behavior, actions, or content of individual streamers, attendees, or any third parties present at Empire X events. Each participant is solely responsible for their own conduct.

Assumption of Risk

Attendees acknowledge that participation in Empire X events involves inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and release Our.Empire from any and all liability related to personal injury, property damage, or other loss.
